Overview
I designed and implemented a fully automated annual employee scorecard system for a large community bank with over $500 million in assets and approximately 100 employees.
The objective was to streamline the performance review process by replacing manual compilation and formatting with a structured, repeatable reporting workflow built entirely in Excel.
The result was a scalable, role-based scorecard system that dramatically reduced administrative effort while improving consistency and clarity across the organization.
