Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to products and services offered by Engineered Workflows LLC (“Engineered Workflows,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through https://www.engineeredworkflows.com or linked third-party checkout services such as Shopify.
Engineered Workflows currently sells one-time products or services. We do not currently offer subscriptions through this website.
1. Digital Products
Because digital products are generally delivered immediately or made available shortly after purchase, all sales of digital products are generally final.
Examples may include:
- Downloadable files
- Templates
- Spreadsheets
- Tools
- Guides
- Other digital resources
However, we want purchases to work as expected. If you experience a problem accessing or using a digital product, please contact us at billing@engineeredworkflows.com.
2. Refunds We May Consider
We may consider a refund or replacement if:
- You accidentally purchased the same product more than once
- You were charged incorrectly
- The product was not delivered or could not be accessed
- The file or product is materially defective and we are unable to provide a corrected version
- A refund is required by applicable law
Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
3. Refunds Generally Not Provided
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of use after purchase
- Failure to read the product description before purchase
- Incompatibility with your software, system, or workflow unless the product description was materially inaccurate
- Requests made after the product has already been delivered and is working as described
4. Services and Custom Work
Refunds for consulting, development, automation, analysis, or other custom services are handled according to the written agreement, proposal, invoice, or statement of work associated with that service.
If no separate written refund terms apply, fees for completed work are generally non-refundable.
5. Third-Party Checkout and Payment Processing
Purchases may be processed by third-party services such as Shopify or payment processors.
Refunds, when approved, may be issued through the original payment method and may be subject to the processing timelines, rules, or limitations of the third-party checkout or payment provider.
Engineered Workflows does not control third-party payment processing timelines.
