Overview

Inningly is a full-stack SaaS platform designed to replace the spreadsheets, email chains, and calendar chaos that youth baseball and softball coaches rely on to manage their teams.

Rather than offering coaching content, Inningly provides structured team operations tools — lineup planning, pitching workload tracking, rule-aware game management, and season oversight — all in a centralized system.

The platform transforms informal workflows into organized, repeatable processes.

The Problem

Youth team management often relies on:

  • Excel spreadsheets for lineups and pitch tracking
  • Text messages for coordination
  • Email for communication
  • Paper notes for game planning
  • Manual rule tracking for innings and pitch limits

This fragmented system leads to inefficiency, errors, and unnecessary administrative burden for volunteer coaches.

The Solution

I designed and built Inningly as a web-based system that:

  • Centralizes roster, schedule, and game data
  • Enables structured lineup generation
  • Tracks pitching workload and rest requirements
  • Enforces league-specific rules and constraints
  • Provides season-level oversight and reporting

The platform replaces disconnected tools with a cohesive workflow engine.
