Zoom attendance reports can be difficult to review when participants leave, rejoin, switch devices, or appear under slightly different names.
This free tool helps meeting facilitators quickly summarize Zoom attendance data and determine who met a required minimum attendance time. It is especially useful for continuing education sessions, training events, compliance meetings, orientations, webinars, and other attendance-based programs.

What It Does
The tool reads the Zoom attendance report and automatically summarizes participant activity across multiple join and leave records.
It calculates total attendance time, identifies participants who met or fell below the minimum requirement, and allows you to manually combine duplicate attendees when Zoom lists the same person under different names.
For example, if someone joins as “Mary” and later rejoins as “Mary Peterson,” you can combine those rows into a single participant record and review their combined attendance time.
